Fast, private,
and direct.

HeyC! exists because HEIC is Apple's default photo format — and most of the world still doesn't accept it. You share a photo and it doesn't open. You attach a file and the client can't view it. You upload to a service and it fails silently. This tool fixes that, entirely inside your browser.

What is HEIC?

HEIC is the High Efficiency Image Container format, Apple's default since iOS 11. It produces files roughly half the size of JPEG at comparable quality. The problem is that most non-Apple software — email clients, document tools, social platforms — doesn't support it natively. That's the gap HeyC! fills.

Your files stay with you

Everything happens inside your browser's local environment. Your photos are never sent anywhere — no server, no cloud, no third party ever sees them. Close the tab and all loaded data is permanently gone. This isn't a privacy policy promise; it's how the technology works.

Batch-ready by default

Drop a full set of vacation photos at once. The conversion runs in parallel using Web Workers — a dedicated background thread — so the interface stays responsive and the queue processes smoothly even with larger batches.

No account, no limits

No sign-up, no watermarks, no upload step, no file size cap, no daily quota. A focused tool that converts HEIC to JPG or PNG, keeps the experience clean, and gets out of your way.
